1 Day / 4 Plant-Based Bowls Freebie!
The intent behind 1 Day / 4 Plant-Based Bowls was simple: I wanted to help anyone interested in eating more healthy, plant-based meals do exactly that! And do it with recipes that were easy, nourishing, and that didn’t require any equipment besides your every-day kitchen gear.
If you’re new to plant-based meals, I encourage you to start small with one meal or with one new recipe. Maybe make one of these recipes every day for 4 days or throughout the week. You’ll learn that you probably already eat a lot of meals that are mostly plant-based and you’ll also learn that cooking with whole foods is easy and enjoyable.
If you’re well into your plant-based journey, take these wholesome recipes and add them to your repertoire. It’s always refreshing to get back to simple meals.

And a final note, this is exactly how I eat on a regular basis! Nothing fancy but really wholesome and satisfying; a simple rendition of overnight oats for breakfast, a soup and a salad for lunch, and stir-fry for dinner.
