You create the best soup recipes and this one is no exception! The ones in your cookbooks are my go-tos, but this one is going to be on repeat during the cold, winter months. I love the combination of thyme/rosemary, as well as a white bean soup (I loved my mom's navy bean soup growing up). And I really loved the lemon and kale added to the end of the cooking. I think that really topped it off.

I used Great Northern beans and curly kale. Blended half of it with immersion blender. For those who are reading the comments: make this soup!
