I made this today! Loved it! I never baked with spelt flour before and I loved the taste of it in this banana bread. Nice light texture/crumb too. Thanks for the lovely recipe! :)

NOTE: I used glass bread pan. I lowered to 325 from 350. I baked in my Breville Oven Pro and ended up taking it out of oven at 45 min. This is based on research on baking with glass bakeware.
