I have made this at least a dozen times. Delicious, quick and healthy. However, I find with one pot pasta recipes that GF gets gummy when it can’t be rinsed after cooking. So I use regular white for this, or GF rotini, which seems to work better.
That’s great feedback Shirleen! Thank you! I haven’t had the gummy experience since the noodles are never out of the liquid but you’re so right — this is definitely an issue with some brands! I’ve found whole wheat spaghetti to work well too❤️
