While I wasn’t feeling low this sure cheered me up❣️I think we’ve just been in a rut~routine and not varied our dinner meals. Surely appreciate the planning sheets and examples. And laminate OOH LA LA😁

I ll give this a try. Regarding the bowls, I have ignited these until now. But just got my Zoe results and the news is not good. ( weird as I thought I was eating well and vegan) . I think the bowls will bring it to the next level .... I like the simplicity of the structure . Can’t wait for cooking class

Thanks Diane! I find bowls on Monday is easy. I usually make grains or beans on Sunday and build it on that! I’m trying to simplify everything these days 😊❤️

That makes sense. I’ll usually have a couple of grains cooked up as well. Will be trying the first bowl this coming week from your recipe

Please can you tell us how long freshly cooked grains will keep in the fridge? I’m still finding my way with meal planning and batch cooking and have been scared of the food waste/poisoning aspect

Great question Dana ! In the fridge ( in sealed container) grains are good for up to 4 days. But you can also freeze them too! Wait for them to cool, put in freezer safe container and into freezer for up to 2 months. I make a double batch of grains usually every third day. And we go threw a lot!

Cooked the sheet pan tofu and vegetables recipe tonight and it was delicious. I kept 'taste testing' the tofu, and that sauce is sensational. Many thanks.
