Hi Jo! Yes you can use garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon is about 1 clove. The flavour will be different but when you’re in a hurry it can work! And yes garlic powder does retain some of the nutrients , not all but a lot! Allicin is retained and that’s one of the most important ones 🙂
