Hi Ashley! I made this recipe this last weekend - soooooooo good! My sister loved it too!

Notes: roasted the garlic (in paper skin) along with the tomatoes. Used ritoni pasta, which was really a fun pasta with this sauce. I thought the texture of each went great together.

Another shout out: I also made the Pot Pie Skillet in the bonus e-book yesterday for Sunday meal. So good! I did add a crust to mine, but you definitely don't need it. I'm happy there are leftovers so I can eat it again and again all week! (I love leftovers) <3
