Hey there, health foodies!

First, I hope this email finds you savouring the joys of summer (in an air conditioned space…holy hot) or winter depending on where you live – hello Aussie friends!). Second, this is unlike any email I’ve ever sent — I have some exciting news to share with you. It’s been simmering in my heart and bubbling up in my brain.

It’s something you’ve likely already noticed but I’ve never officially announced — until now.

Drumroll please…I'm thrilled to tell you about the launch of my new paid Substack subscription for all things plant-based.

Now, I know what you're probably thinking: "why the heck would you start charging for your amazing recipes when you've been sharing them for free on your blog for years?". I would be wondering this too.

Well, my dear foodies, let me explain.

Over the years (8 to be exact), I've poured my heart and soul, time and energy, into creating and curating vegan recipes that not only satisfy but that heal, nourish and inspire. It has been an absolute joy to share this culinary journey with you, and I'm truly grateful for the love and support you've shown me along the way.

I’ve actually been terrified to make this change and claim my worth.

But here's the thing: running a high-quality recipe blog (without adds!) that consistently delivers quality recipes takes an immense amount of time and resources. From recipe development and testing to photography and editing — it's a labor of love that requires my undivided attention.

And I know you know that I love every single part it. It’s my calling.

By introducing a paid subscription option, I'll be able to dedicate more time and energy to creating 5-star whole-food recipes and bringing you even more information, recommendations, and the kind of culinary ingenuity you look forward to.

Of course, I understand that some of you may have concerns about this transition, and I want to assure you that I've carefully considered the needs and desires of this community.

That's why I'm committed to still offering value to everyone;

Even if you choose to remain a free subscriber, you still get one delicious recipe delivered to your inbox every month.
